Its very common to find young male walking into our centre with enlarged male breast gland problem. In almost all of the cases, he is suffering from mental agony and distress. He finds very difficult to wear a tight T-shirt, swimming costume or enter the gymnasium fearing ridicules from his friend or others. The gland is already formed and the treatment is surgical correction. we do a combination of liposuction and gland excision. The scar line is hardly visible and the flattened chest is appreciable immediately.
