Rhinoplasty for deviated or crooked nose is not an uncommon procedure. In majority of the cases the underlying septum is deviated in different shapes. Correction the external bony cartilaginous skeleton doesn't correct the problem permanently. The Septum inside the nose is corrected first followed by external correction. The result are long lasting provided the basic underlying deformities are addressed in totality.
